The Project:
Washington Glen is a 108-acre residential development in Washington Township featuring 225 single-family lots. Built across seven phases, the community required thoughtful planning and infrastructure design to support long-term growth while creating a neighborhood future residents could call home.

The Challenge:
Transforming 108 acres into a residential community significantly changed how stormwater moved across the site. Increased pavement, rooftops, and other impervious surfaces meant runoff had to be carefully managed to protect downstream infrastructure and meet local and state regulatory requirements throughout every phase of development.
How We Helped:
Choice One Engineering developed a stormwater management plan that evaluated drainage conditions, future runoff, and system capacity. Based on that analysis, our team designed retention basins, storm sewers, and overflow measures to safely manage stormwater throughout each phase of development while coordinating with stakeholders to keep the project moving forward.
The Result:
Washington Glen successfully delivered 225 residential lots supported by reliable, long-term infrastructure. The completed stormwater system helps protect the community, supports future growth, and provides confidence that the neighborhood is built to perform for years to come.
