The construction of a storm water detention basin, outlet pipe, and the stream corridor improvements of Paddy’s Run and Elm Creek to help alleviate flooding in the Town of Centerville. This project also consists of replacing twin 40″x55″ CMP corrugated elliptical pipes under Poplar Street with a concrete arch-box three sided culvert on spread footings. Minor stream work and roadway work will be required for the culvert installation. The water main will be relocated within the pavement and run underneath the proposed culvert.
