Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan:

  • A plan prepared for the management of storm water runoff on a site during construction, and the prevention of the movement of sediment off the construction site.

Utility Design, Water, and Sanitary:

  • Analyzation of existing conditions and design of new facilities for utilities, water distribution, and sanitary sewer collection to and on a site, including general layout, pipe sizing, cost estimates, etc.

Zoning Assistance/Presentations:

  • Navigation of a jurisdiction’s zoning code and assistance applying for permits should zoning need adjusted.
  • Attendance at municipal meetings to help the jurisdiction understand the need for proposed zoning changes.


  • Land survey and development of associated exhibit/legal description(s) with the purpose of incorporating into a jurisdiction, along with assistance with the permitting/annexation process.

Subdivision Preparation:

  • Land survey and development of associated Plat(s)/legal description(s) with the purpose of subdividing a parcel of land into two or more parcels.

Land Planning:

  • Analyzing land and creating recommendations based on potential future uses, and most efficient number and configuration of residential or commercial lots. This planning also includes details such as efficiency and feasibility of storm water management, utility layout, traffic flow, and green space incorporation.

Feasibility Cost Preparation:

  • Analyzation of a parcel of land with recommendations for the number and/or layout of lots with potential revenues and potential construction costs, creating a return on investment analysis.
