This project included the development of a mixed-use site consisting of retail space below rental units. The downtown Loveland site was approximately 3.6 acres with 235 parking spaces. Underground detention was utilized to handle storm water runoff. Choice One Engineering provided a topographic survey, concept plan, final concept plan, construction plans, site lighting plan, landscape plan, floodplain submittals, and construction administration.
