Happy 4th of July!

After 25 years at Choice One, Holly Fannon followed her roadmap all the way to retirement!

Holly, we can’t thank you enough for your commitment, kindness, and unwavering support over the years. You're leaving behind a legacy that won’t be forgotten. Thank you for every mile you’ve traveled with us, and for making the journey better along the way.

Wishing you all the best in this next adventure… you’ve more than earned it! 💚 Happy Retirement, Holly!

"For my 25-yr anniversary, we flew into Seattle prior to an Alaskan cruise. We spent 2 days in Seattle, where one of the highlights was going to the Chihuly Glass Museum and Gardens. We had never been there before and it was beautiful! (Also, the day we embarked on our cruise, the US was playing there in the World Cup, so Seattle was a mad-house! We found out the US team had won right before we left!)
Our cruise began aboard the Celebrity Edge, with our first stop being Ketchikan. We walked around the town, visited local landmarks, shopped and ate. We met one of the social media influencers that I follow at a meet-and-greet, which was a fun experience. The next day, we went through Endicott Arms and saw Dawes Glacier. Later that day, we arrived at the Alaskan capital of Juneau, We walked the town and also had the famous Duck Fart Shot at the Red Dog Saloon.
In Skagway, we boarded the White Pass & Yukon Railway to follow the route that prospectors traveled in their pursuit of 1890's gold. Completed in 1900, this narrow-gauge railroad climbs to a height of 3,000 feet and was designated as an International Historic Civil Engineering Landmark in 1994. The ride provided beautiful scenery.
Our last stop was in Victoria, British Columbia. This is a beautiful harbor city full of gardens, shops, restaurants and pubs.
When on the ship, we ate, drank and saw several shows. One of my favorite shows starred Charity Lockhart, a Golden Buzzer winner on America's Got Talent. She did an Aretha Franklin tribute, which was awesome!
Thanks to Choice One for letting me take this special trip, not only to celebrate my 25-years of employment, but my retirement as well."
