Preparation of site design for a 275-acre rail shuttle facility. Design of rail including mainline turnouts to both CSX and CN mainlines, as well as 12,000+ feet of track for unit train load and unload facility, box culverts under rail spurs across existing creeks, grading plan, and site/civil design for the entire 275-acre site. Services included topographic survey, site design, storm water management design, rail design, and construction administration.
