As often happens at Choice One, what started as a temporary assignment quickly became a friendly competition. If a phone rang, they raced to answer it. As team members flowed through the suspiciously roundabout-shaped area, Matt and Justin competed to see who could be friendlier, more helpful, and more engaged with the traffic circling the desk. Between their regular work and front desk duties, the pair spent the week turning double plays.

By the time Megan returned, the pair seemed to walk away having had more fun than expected and a renewed appreciation for how effortless Megan and Abbey make it look. While Matt and Justin may not be taking over the starting lineup just yet, they certainly made a strong case for another call-up next time the team needs them.
