Choice One Engineering worked with Oberer Companies to create Cornerstone of Centerville, a multi-phase development that includes a 125-acre mixed-use development accommodating retail, restaurant and hotel users as well as professional, medical, and corporate office users, and a 52-acre residential component providing 400 housing units. Current large retail tenants include Costco, Cabela’s, and Kroger.

 

The project required considerable coordination between the City of Centerville, Greene County, state agencies, the developer, utilities, and private stakeholders within the development. Choice One Engineering has facilitated this coordination since the beginning of the project, and continued to support the project throughout its development and construction.
